Conceptual Design

Detailed Construction Drawings
Detailed construction drawings are the backbone of any well-executed project. MSolution manages the production and review of comprehensive construction drawing packages — architectural, structural, civil, and MEP — ensuring they are fully coordinated, code-compliant, and buildable. We act as the client's technical representative, reviewing design submissions from local design institutes and international engineering consultants to catch errors before they become costly on-site problems.
Our technical team includes engineers experienced in both Western design standards and local Chinese, Vietnamese, and GCC building codes — enabling us to bridge the gap between international client requirements and locally produced design documentation.
Workshop & Shop Drawings
Workshop and shop drawings translate construction documents into fabrication-ready instructions for manufacturers and specialist contractors. MSolution oversees the production, review, and approval of shop drawings for structural steel, precast concrete, curtain wall systems, process equipment, and specialist MEP components — ensuring every fabricated element meets the design intent and dimensional tolerances required for seamless site installation.
MSolution has managed shop drawing approval processes for projects involving over 5,000 individual steel components, coordinating between international design teams and local fabricators to maintain zero-defect installation rates and on-schedule deliveries to site.
BIM Design & MEP Coordination
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is at the core of how MSolution manages design coordination on complex industrial projects. We implement BIM execution plans, manage federated models, and use clash detection to resolve MEP coordination conflicts before construction begins — dramatically reducing costly on-site rework. Our BIM team specialises in MEP coordination for technically demanding facilities including cleanrooms, data centers, pharmaceutical plants, and chemical process buildings.
MSolution has delivered BIM-coordinated MEP designs for over 15 complex industrial projects, achieving clash-free construction on data center and pharmaceutical projects where MEP density exceeds 3 kg/m² of services per floor — a standard that demands absolute precision in digital coordination before any works begin on site.
